Drive sales of MEP products (valves, PICVs, hot water systems, and sanitary ware) within large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors and consultants.
Provide technical support and consultation, helping clients select appropriate products and solutions.
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical seminars to clients.
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and project success.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales and ensure profitability.
Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and new product offerings in the MEP sector.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
1-5 years of sales experience in the MEP sector, preferably focusing on valves, PICVs, hot water systems, and sanitary ware.
Strong understanding of project sales and experience working with contractors and consultants.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior relationships with MEP industry consultants and contractors preferred.
